The Head Start/Early Head Start Center offers volunteer opportunities to parents/guardian, and the general community. Training is provided and volunteers also sign a Confidentiality Agreement. Volunteering is an important part of our program and is a benefit to children as well as enhancing parent involvement and community support. Volunteer time is needed to make up the 20% match required for Federal dollars received for Early Head Start funding.
