Policy Council is a program wide decision making group that meets monthly. Policy Council reviews and revises policies and procedures that guide Early Head Start’s day to day operations including: funding applications, budget plans, recruitment, selection and enrollment of eligible children and the hiring/and/or termination of Early Head Start staff/
The Policy Council actively participates in a shared decision making process with program management. Membership consists of parents of currently enrolled children and community representatives. All members must stand for election or re-election annually.

Policy Council meets at 12pm on Tuesdays for an hour once a month on ZOOM. To get an item on the agenda, please contact the Director one week prior to the regularly scheduled meeting date or go to the Policy Council Agenda website page.
